ABOUT DR. JUAN WILLIAMS, SR.

On December 23, 1955 in Los Angeles, CA God birthed purpose on earth through the embodiment of the birth of one small baby boy, Juan Williams, Sr. The seeds of life God deposited into Juan's spirit set forth to accomplish all that they were sent to do, and long before Juan realized and accepted God's call to - Feed My Lamb, Feed My Sheep, and Tend To Them, the power of God was working in his life. There was something different about Juan Williams, Sr.

He never focused on his circumstances, but rather always believed there was something better, and he was determined to achieve it! All that God had poured into his spirit since before the foundation of the earth began to emerge and to shape the course of Juan's life. The Spirit of Excellence, a nurturing, loving heart, the Spirit of Commitment and the desire to succeed flourished in his life!

As a young man Juan focused on athletics and entrepreneurship, and started his first business at the tender age of 10 years old. Juan was admired as a leader by the children in his community. He worked solid career jobs from the age of 13, and even started his own baseball team. During his years in High School in Los Angeles he was honored for his athletic abilities in baseball, football and track. During his undergraduate years he was an outstanding baseball player with athletic honors. It was during his undergraduate years of study that a young man from Campus Crusade for Christ offered Juan Jesus. He accepted the Lord on the spot and has never looked back.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Williams, at the Lord's leading earned his masters and doctorate degrees in Theological Studies. Over the years, Dr. Williams' ministry has been touched by some powerful and influential men of God who have sown life into his life and ministry. Of those men, his spiritual father, Dr. Frederick K.C. Price (Crenshaw Christian Center, Los Angeles), is the one man who, through his own lifestyle of integrity and excellence, has been the most influential person in Dr. Williams' life.

Today God is using Dr. Williams mightily to pour back into the lives of many young ministers of the Gospel, and to spread the good news to God's people throughout the world. He and his lovely wife, Tracy, have three sons - Juan, Jr., Julian and Jared Williams; two daughters, Yadira Brewster and LaVoyce Williams; and a beautiful array of grandchildren.

Dr. Williams left employment in law enforcement to begin full time ministry as an Assistant Pastor in a local foursquare church. During that time in 1984, while on vacation in Hawaii, Dr. Williams received the call from God to step out in faith and begin a new work in the Inland Empire. Four years later, in November 1988, Dr. Williams founded the Ontario Christian Center (formerly The Word of Life Ministry of the Inland Empire), which to date has a membership of over 2,000 strong. Dr. Williams has an innate, God given ability to forge, mold and shape leaders, and the high expectations he has for leaders are exemplified in his own life. He has trained and counseled professional athletes and still does so today. Dr. Williams is a sought after speaker, a dynamic teacher of the Word of God whose straight forward, uncompromising style allow the Word to be grasped and easily applied in the lives of God's people throughout the world. He is indeed a shepherd after God's own heart, whose burning desire is that no soul be lost, and that God's children walk by faith, not by sight!
